JOHNSON T. FAROMOJU

– Chairman –

He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of London and Nigeria, a member of the Institute of Credit Management and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Mr. Faromoju was a General Manager with Centre – Point Merchant Bank and Head of Centre-Point Securities Limited up till December, 1995. While with Centre-Point, he was involved with packaging of various companies’ floatation.

His experience in the banking industry spans over 20 years. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of stockbrokers. He also has extensive experience in capital market operations acquired in the last 20 years, with expertise in company’s financial engineering and investment advisory. He was formally a member of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

MR PATRICK IDEAWOR

– Financial Controller –

Graduated from University of Lagos with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 1984. Hold a Masters degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).

Started his working career in teaching Accounting during the NYSC service year at Kwara Polytechnic, Ilorin. Worked with Pieterson Agencies Nigeria Limited as Accountant before joining National Oil and Chemical Marketing PLC (now Conoil PLC) between 1989 and 2001 where he occupied various positions in Accounting, Administration, and Finance.

Then joined Ibrahim Egbeyemi & Co (Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants) as Enterprise Consultant briefly before moving to Footwear Accessories Manufacturing and Distribution PLC between 2005 and 2009 as Chief Accountant.

He is currently the Financial Controller of the Group.

SAYO ALIMI

– Legal Adviser/Company’s Secretary –

She obtained an LLB from the Olabisi Onabanjo University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. She later proceeded to the University of Ibadan, to BTA in an LLM Degree. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

She was in private legal practice and had practiced with reputable law firm(s) such as Morayo Lebi&Co., Abu Steve&Co.and AkinAkintoye&Co. before joining the firm of Diya Fatimilehin&Co, where she provided secretarial services and advisory roles.

ADENIJI FUNKE

-Head, Administration-

Funke is an alumnus of Olabisi Onabanjo University where she obtained a Diploma in data processing. She then proceeded to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics.

She has attended various course training and presently a student member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.

She started her career in Forthright Properties Limited as an Administrative personnel in December, 2014 and she is currently the Head of Administration, a position she assumed in April, 2019.

OHIZEMOKHAI MASCOT

-Farm Coordinator-

OHIZEMOKHAI MASCOT is a versatile Business Development Strategist with Eighteen years hands-on experience in business re-engineering and strategic implementation of business growth plans.

A resourceful business manager and fully certified Microfinance practitioner (MCIB).

Mascot features as Coach, Counsellor and facilitator for Individuals and corporate organizations. He is involved in training and capacity building initiatives of several institutions in the financial and non-financial sectors in the areas of Leadership and change Management, Strategic business development, corporate governance, financial inclusion, insurance, Agriculture, Marketing, Credits and relationship management.

He is both a fellow of Institute of Information Management Africa (FIIM) and Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals, Nigeria (FERP).

A full member of Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (MSM) and seasoned (trained) Economist from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma.

He was a former Chairman for National Association of Microfinance Banks Ondo State and Secretary Southwest Zone (NAMBs), Nigeria.

He was a member of Advocacy Networking Group Standing Committee and Microfinance Bill ad-hoc Committee at the National Secretariat in Abuja.

Mascot has held several management positions including business development manager, Business controller, Head credit/Marketing, chief operating officer/General Manager before his appointment as managing director of Ilutitun Osoro Micro Finance Bank Limited. Presently, he is the coordinator of Forthright Agro Allied Company Limited and a Director at Ilututun Osoro Micro Finance Bank. He has attended several professional training (courses, exhibition and workshops).
