– Chairman –
He is an accomplished banker and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of London and Nigeria. A member of the Institute of Credit Management, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stock Broker. He had a successful working carrier with Centre Point Merchant Bank and voluntarily retired as a General Manager in 1995 to set up Forthright Securities and Investments Limited.
He was formally a member of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and presently the Chairman of Forthright Group of Companies. He is also a Director in several reputable companies and organisations.
– Director –
He hold s a Bachelors degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Finance. He is a member of the Institute of Stockbrokers and an authorised dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He was formally of Gulf Bank Limited before joining Forthright Securities & Investments Limited in 1996. He has attended various courses on Marketing of Financial Services and Investment analysis and Portfolio management. He is currently the Managing Director, Forthright Manufacturing Company Limited and a Director in Forthright Properties Limited and Ilutitun Osoro Microfinance Bank Limited.
– Director –
He hold a post graduate diploma in management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University where he earlier obtained a diploma in Marketing. He is a member of the Nigerian Marketing Association. He had a successful working carrier in Marketing with several organisations including 7-up Bottling PLC as a marketing Offcer before joining Forthright Securities and Investments Limited in 2001.
He is presently the Managing Director of Forthright Properties Limited, a reputable real estate company in Nigeria. He is also a Director in several other companies.
